Sedimentary Rocks!
There are 3 types of sedimentary rocks and they are Compaction, Cementation, and Fossils. Fossils are mineralized or differently keeped remains or traces (such as footprints) of plants and other organisms. Each layer of sediment is squeezed together by another material, this is called Compaction. This process in which pieces of sediment are held together by another material is called Cementation. Water, wind, and ice can move sediment to a place where it settles which can make sedimentary rocks.
